Elliott Anders Madea was born March 27, 1991, at Mason General Hospital, and he died October 26, 2023, at Mason General Hospital, after a tragic car accident on Hwy 101. Xinh Dwelley passed away on November 17 surrounded by friends and family after a courageous battle against cancer. Xinh was 72 years old.
