Man arrested after four-car crash in Bremerton

A Belfair man has been arrested for DUI after allegedly driving the wrong way on state Route 3 in Bremerton, causing damage to four vehicles April 11.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Joaquin Jose Luis, who is listed as Jose Luis Joaquin-Raymundo on Kitsap County Jail records, 35, was driving south in the northbound lane on Route 3 at milepost 35 around 11:30 p.m.

His Toyota RAV4 struck a vehicle, continued driving, striking another vehicle head-on. A fourth vehicle struck debris in the road.
