Longtime Green Diamond counsel retires

Douglas Reed, president of Seattle-based Green Diamond Resource Co., announced the retirement of Galen Schuler, the longtime vice president and general counsel.

Deputy General Counsel Kristen Karabensh replaced Schuler effective April 5.
