New stars and stripes

On Friday, members of Big 19 Scout Troop retired one U.S. flag and raised a new one during a Veterans Day ceremony at the Blue Star Memorial Monument at the Evergreen Garden Club Gardens in Belfair, on state Route 3. The Kiwanis Club of North Mason sponsored the event.
