    North Mason High School senior Dakota Filer signed his letter of intent June 13 at the Belfair school to play college football at Montana State University-Northern in the fall.     The annual Safety Days event took place June 5 and 6 at Sand Hill Elementary School and June 8 and 9 at Belfair Elementary, teaching kids safety skills that will serve them now and in the future.
