Donald Corliss

Donald Corliss, of Shelton, WA, born April 28, 1941 passed away April 27, 2024, from cancer. He is survived by his wife Susan of 37 years and three stepchildren, Wendy Guinn of North Carolina, Joseph Weber of Belfair and David Weber of Key Peninsula, also, two sons from a previous marriage, Bryan Corliss of Sammamish, and Aaron Corliss of Belfair, ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a twin brother, David Corliss and a stepson, Philip Weber.

In his accomplishments, he had taught boat safety classes with the Bremerton Power Squadron and he spent several years with the Belfair Lions Club. He was also a member of the Yesteryear Car Club of Shelton. He was known for and so proud of his big blue Chrysler Imperial, which he had restored and would show around the peninsula at various car shows, winning 53 trophies. He began his Meat Cutter career at Popes in Belfair, WA and retired as a Meat Cutter from Safeway in Bremerton, WA.

He will be so missed by so many!

At Donald's request there will not be a service but will be interned at Miller Woodlawn in Bremerton.
