Festival volunteer Rennle Dennehy paints the face of Thea of Port Orchard on Saturday at the 28th annual Grapeview Water & Art Festival, presented by the Grapeview Community Association at Fair Harbor Marina and the Port of Grapeview. Proceeds will be used to benefit Mason County youths through scholarships and donations to local schools and nonprofit organizations.
