Andrew William Nacht

Andrew "Andy" William Nacht, 49, passed away May 27, 2023.

Andy was born January 24, 1974 in Chehalis, WA to William Nacht and Christine Judah. Andy's family moved to Shelton where he attended elementary school and high school. He later furthered his education and became a State Certified Millwright.

Andy met his wife Heather through some mutual friends and after dating for a few years, they were married on June 8, 1995. Any worked in the timber industry. He worked for Simpson Timber Co. for over 20 years until they closed down. He then began to work for Shearer Brothers where he worked until his passing.

He loved hunting and fishing but, what he loved the most was spending time with his family. He especially loved the time spent with his three granddaughters, who lovingly called him "Grampsy Pants."

Andy is survived by his wife of 28 years, Heather Nacht, sons, Cody Nacht (Mariah) and Seth Nacht; granddaughters, Hadley and Zaeley Macewen, and Brynlee Nacht; his parents, Dad, William "Bill" and Karen Nacht, Mom, Christine and William "Buff" Judah, sisters, Amie Sommer, Ashley Judah and brother Curt Judah. Preceded in death by his grandfather Douglas O'Lague.

A Celebration of Andy's Life will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Arcadia Fire Hall – 2970 SE Arcadia Rd. in Shelton, WA 98584. Potluck style, so please bring your favorite dish and favorite memories of Andy to share.
