Spring plant sale

The Harstine Island Garden Club hosts its Spring Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Harstine Island Community Hall, 371 E. Harstine Island Road N.

Last weekend for ‘Pirates of Penzance’

Shelton’s Connection Street Theatre stages the two-act comic opera “The Pirates of Penzance” at 7 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Faith Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 1212 Connection St., Shelton.

Tickets are $5, and are sold at the door, which opens 30 minutes before each performance. Information: ww...
