Dedicated to the citizens of Mason County, Washington since 1886
Janice "Robertson" Pascher, 70, was set free and went to meet her Savior on December 7, 2022. She was born July 11, 1952 in Tacoma, WA and was brought to her parents Lloyd and Thelma Robertson in Shelton, WA. She grew up in Shelton, graduated from Shelton High School then attended Beauty School.
July 29th, 1978 she married Frank Pascher in a backyard wedding. Frank and Janice met on a blind date, their joke was she was the date, and he was blind. They were married over 44 years. Let me tell you, Frank and Janice could dance! They also loved to invest in classic cars together and go out to dinner with their friends. They also loved to go listen to her brother play in his band, she sure loved funk music.
Janice also loved her step kids, her daughter, and her grandkids. She took her daughter, Jessica, on many adventures. They loved to travel and go shopping together. The most memorable trip was a cross country road trip in 2016.
Janice suffered from many health issues but found her faith in the Lord over the years. He was an integral part of her life although she said she didn't understand the Bible much, her childlike faith led her all the way home to Jesus.
She was a hairdresser for over 40 years. She loved being a hairdresser and making people feel good about themselves. She helped found 'A Hair Affair' and owned 'Brass Shears' as well as worked from her home. She also loved quilting and going to a good holiday bizarre with her friends. She could watch Hallmark movies all day long and never missed a church service on Sunday once her church was live streaming online. Janice also loved reading the obituaries in the paper and would probably hope you're reading hers and recalling any fond memories you might have of her.
She leaves behind her loving husband Frank, daughter Jessica Jones (Jesse) with granddaughters Conleigh and Locklynn, step-children Clint (Tawnya) Pascher, with grandson Cole and Karie Nicholas, with grandson Kai and her brother, Jerry Robertson. She's met in Heaven by the presence of the Lord, her parents, and two grandchildren.
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. Psalm 116:15.
