Register to receive Toys for Tots gifts

Mason County families in need can register until Friday to receive holiday items from Mason County Toys for Tots.

Shelton families can register online at http://shelton-wa.toysfortots.org, and click on “Apply Now.” The gifts will be distributed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 18 and 19 at the Shelton Church of Nazarene, 1331 E. Shelton Springs Road.

This is the first year for distribution in Belfair. Families can register at the same site. The gifts will be distributed from noon to 6 p.m. Dec. 17, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Bridge Church, 23001 NE state Route 3, Belfair.

Activities hosted at the senior center

Activities hosted by the Mason County Senior Activities Association at its center at 190 W. Sentry Drive include, today, cribbage at 8:15 a.m., live and Zoom yoga at 8:30 a.m., E-Z Crafters and Joker’s Rule at 9 a.m., quilting at 9:30 a.m., line dance, Zoom tai-chi, knit and char and mahjong at 10 a.m., bridge and machine knitting and lunch at noon, and bingo at 1 p.m.

The activities on Friday are cribbage and tai chi at 8:15 a.m., line dance at 9 a.m., Mexican trains at 10 a.m., tai chi at 10:45 a.m., lunch at 11:30 a.m., and pinochle and hand and foot care at noon.

The activities on Monday are cribbage and tai chi at 8:15 a.m., line dance at 9 a.m., Mexican trains at 10 a.m., lunch at noon, and pinochle and artist’s workshop at 12:30 p.m.

The activities on Tuesday are cribbage at 8:15 a.m., Zoom and in-person yoga at 8:30 a.m., line dance at 9 a.m., tai chi at 10 a.m., and bridge and lunch at noon.

The activities on Wednesday are cribbage and Zoom and in-person tai chi at 8:15 a.m., line dance at 9 a.m., Mexican train at 10 a.m., lunch at noon, and pinochle at 12:30 p.m.
