Sherri L. Lombardy

Sherri Lombardy passed away September 18, 2021, surrounded by loved ones in

her home in Shelton, Washington, at the age of 64. Sherri was born

December 11, 1956 in Shelton, Washington to Kenneth Knight and Joan

(Lyddon) Christensen.

Her family and friends would describe her as caring, compassionate, and a

kind woman. Sherri had a heart for animals like no other, caring for her

own birds, her own cat, and local wild animals. She carried a fierce love

for her grandchildren and family. Hobbies she enjoyed were taking road

trips with her husband Danny, motorcycle rides, gardening, volunteering,

and watching her family members at events. Sherri was a member of the

First Baptist Church. Highlights at church were her fond relationships

with Pastor Jake and his wife, serving at Community Lifeline, bringing her

grandchildren to children's events, and her Bible Study group.

Sherri is survived by her husband, Daniel Lombardy; sons

Kenneth (Kori) Arndt; Timothy (Tara) Arndt; James Lombardy; daughters Angela

Reese; Shannon Arndt; brothers Terry Knight; Kent (Diana) Knight,

Bob (Ann) Christensen, Doug (Valerie) Christensen; sister Lisa (Don) Welander;

numerous grandchildren; and a large extended family. She was preceded in

death by her parents; Kenneth Knight and Jack and Joan Christensen.

A celebration of Life will be held on October 2, 2021, at 1 p.m. at First

Baptist Church 428 W. Cota Street Shelton, Washington. Arrangements are

by McComb & Wagner Family Funeral Home and Crematory.
