    Rae Van Fossen is relatively new to Mason County and acrylic painting, but she's been building toward developing as an artist while settling into home. Her work is on display at Belfair Self-Storage as artist of the month for March.     Snow, rain, snow rain ... Kind of like today's weather. I think Mary likes coming home to her new puppy. It's always happy to see her. Sam is off on another adventure to San Francisco.
