Shelton Rotary extends Huff'n'Puff adoption

In April 2023, the Shelton Rotary Club adopted the City of Shelton's Huff'n'Puff Trail through the city's Adopt-A-Park program.

Last month, the group formally committed to another year collecting trash, cleaning up graffiti, maintaining the trails and adding to a student memorial to the site across the street from Shelton High School.

"The city was very excited," Kristin French, the group's co-director, said Friday at the group's community walk/Jog and public outreach event at the Huff'n'Puff. "I think we are a pioneer in this."
