Flurry of summer projects in Shelton schools

School's out for summer for Shelton School District students on June 17, but a flurry of activities will continue inside and outside the buildings.

"This summer we have a lot of work planned," Robert Herron, the district's director of facilities management and construction, told the Shelton School Board at its regular meeting May 28 in the Mountain View Elementary School cafeteria.

Herron shared the projects in motion for this summer.
