The annual Goldsborough Creek Run/Walk took place early Saturday as part of the Mason County Forest Festival. The event raises scholarship money for the Centennial Guild, which is part of the Mason General Hospital Foundation. According to event staff, more than 200 people entered the race this year. Daniel Steeno of Wheaton, Illinois, left, was the men's 2-mile winner. Shelton's Lily Bennett, right, was the women's 7-mile top finisher.
