She was born in Hastings, Nebraska to Richard Allen Hottle, and Vivian Lavon Hottle (Roeder) on August 1, 1959, into a United States Air Force family. A lifelong seafood lover, she spent time working at OysterFest in Shelton. Stephanie loved to cook and loved experimenting with new dishes, whether just for herself, or for friends and family. With a love for the Seattle Seahawks, gathering with friends and watching the game was one of her favorite things to do. Her children and grandchildren were the joys of her life and would spend any time she could either with them or video chatting with them.
