EDUCATION ADVOCATE is done for the purpose/s of reviewing student academic performance and intervening when problems are identified, with the goal of providing support for students to stay in school and graduate which includes monitoring and advocating for students, coordinating services, providing ongoing feedback and encouragement, and emphasizing the importance of staying in school; and developing, coordinating, and providing a Student Success Plan for students receiving services through the program, in partnership with school personnel, family members, and community service providers.
