SKOKOMISH RESERVATION Sale of timber: “t3ba’das Harvest” Logging Unit SEALED BIDS will be received until 3:00 PM on June 30th, 2023, for the “t3ba’das Harvest” logging unit on the Skokomish Reservation. Bid opening will occur at the Skokomish Indian Tribe, Natural Resources Building, 541 N. Tribal Center Rd, Shelton, WA, 98584. The sale is located in Skokomish, WA, and is a WEIGHT SCALED SALE containing approximately 35.2 acres with an estimated yield of 4,343 gross tons (586 MBF), including approximately 3,122 gross tons (438 MBF) of saw log Douglas-fir, 472 gross tons (57 MBF) of saw log western hemlock, 113 gross tons (15 MBF) of saw log western red cedar, 68 gross tons (9 MBF) of saw log western white pine, and 570 gross tons (67 MBF) of conifer pulp. The above stated weights are estimates and are not guaranteed, bidders should rely on their own independent estimates of quality and quantity of timber. Upgrading and maintenance of existing roads is required. All road work and materials must be paid for and provided by bidder. No log export restrictions exist on the sale. Each bidder must state the price per ton that will be paid for the log sorts included in this sale. No bidding preferences will be given. The contract will expire December 31st, 2023. The right to waive technical defects and to reject any and all bids is reserved.
