Per RCW 79.100, the WA Dept of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to take custody of the derelict or abandoned vessel with Washington Registration # WN 5057 NV on 04/06/2020 (Custody Date). The vessel is sunk in North Bay near the Port of Allyn, Mason County. After taking custody, DNR may use or dispose of it without further notice. The owner is responsible for all related costs. To retain custody of the vessel, before the Custody Date, the owner must: 1) Move it to an anchorage area, moorage facility, or storage location that authorizes the vessel, or 2) Remove the vessel from the water.
